  • Going home from the hospital

  • Going to a hospital or doctor for a minor medical issue

  • Returning from an Emergency Room visit

  • When family cannot transport you or when it is hard to go by private vehicle

 

 

WHEN TO CALL FOR AN AMBULANCE

  • If you are having chest pain

  • If you are having difficulty breathing

  • If you think you are having a stroke

  • If you have fallen

  • If you have any medication issues

  • If you feel disoriented

  • Anything you think is an emergency or needs to be seen in the emergency room
